I watched the Luther Vandross documentary on CNN New Year’s night. I think they should’ve perhaps postponed it and continued covering the latest updates on the terror attack that took place in the early hours of New Year’s Day where at least 14 people were killed and dozens injured following the incident where a pickup truck slammed into a crowd of people on Bourbon Street. They are a trusted news outlet.
I did enjoy seeing the Luther story, but I felt like there was not much more revealed about him that we didn’t already know. Besides, we waited a really long time for the film to be released, we could’ve waited a little longer...just to show respect for the people of New Orleans and those families who lost loved ones in that horrific tragedy.
I still love me some Luther though!
